In this regard, Carolina von Groddeck is appointed to Head of Germany. Carolina has over 20 years of real estate experience and has been Managing Director of Savills Fund Management GmbH since 2016. In recent years she has been managing and overseeing liquidation of the EUR 6.8bn German SEB mutual funds. In her new role as Head of Germany she will focus on growing the successful German business further as well as continuing liquidation of the SEB mutual funds.
