Due to the recognition of the effects of the sale of the Lynus portfolio, which comprises seven Dutch properties, the unit price declined by EUR 0.34 as of the 11 April 2017 publication date, falling from EUR 17.95 to EUR 17.61. The figure also includes the writedowns of the two properties at Dornhofstrasse 34 and 36 in Neu-Isenburg. The value of one property was negatively impacted by ongoing vacancies, while at the other the sustainable rent was revised in line with the market.
