Nine properties belonging to SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund have been sold in the course of the sale of a pan-European property portfolio comprising a total of 42 assets: four in Poland, three in France and two in Finland. The sale of the portfolio is the result of a structured bidding process.

The Finnish properties were already recorded as disposals by SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund as of 30 April 2017. The unit price will drop by EUR 1.04 on the 3 May 2017 publication date, falling from EUR 44.88 to EUR 43.84 as a result of the recognition of the effects of the sales.

The sales of the properties in Poland and France will close in the coming months due to the local conditions applicable there. Further details on the purchase agreements that have been signed will be published in the near future.
