As part of the sale of the pan-European real estate portfolio comprising of 42 assets, 9 assets owned by SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund were sold (News from 15 May 2017).

The transfer of risks and rewards of ownership to the buyer concerning the properties 320 Avenue Archimede and 290 Avenue Galilée, both in Aix-en-Provence, France, as well as Szturmowa 2a in Warsaw, Poland, took place on 1 September 2017. The unit price will drop by EUR 2.90 on the 5 September 2017 publication date, falling from EUR 42.22 to EUR 39.32 as a result of the recognition of the effects of the sale.
