SEB ImmoInvest’s unit value will decline from EUR 12.08 to EUR 12.05 on August 22nd 2017 publication date, a drop of EUR 0.03.
This is primarily due to revaluation of the German property Frankfurt on the Main, Lurgiallee 3.
The property comprising of an office building and a data centre is single-let. Due to the short-term duration of the lease contract and the special usage re-letting is a challenge. The appraiser therefore reduced the market value by deducting potential improvement costs to reflect the forthcoming risk.
