SEB ImmoInvest’s unit value will decline from EUR 12.10 to EUR 12.07 on August 3rd 2017 publication date, a drop of EUR 0.03.
This is primarily due to selling effects associated with the transfer of risks and rewards of ownership for 2 properties, one in Germany and one in France. The German property Hanover, Im Heidkampe 9 – 11 and the French property Lyon, Avenue Jean Jaurès 208 – 210 were sold as part of the pan-European portfolio transaction (please refer also to the news published May 15th 2017). They were taken over by their new owner as of August 1st 2017.
