SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund’s unit price will decline from EUR 43.63 to EUR 42.54 on the 13 June 2017 publication date, a drop of EUR 1.09.
The change is due to the scheduled annual reappraisal of the two assets in Warsaw, Poland, Szturmowa 2 and 2a. The sale of the two properties has already been contractually secured. The transfer of risks and rewards of ownership will occur within the next couple of months.
