As part of the sale of the pan-European real estate portfolio comprising of 42 assets, the last 3 assets owned by SEB Global Property Fund were sold (News from 15 May 2017). The Kroonpark 6 building in Arnheim, Netherlands, was already recorded as a disposal as of 30 April 2017.

The transfer of risks and rewards of ownership to new owner concerning the two Polish properties, Ulica Arkonska 6 in Gdansk and Grójecka 5 in Warsaw, took place on 1 September 2017. The unit price will drop by 24.62 percent on the 5 September 2017 publication date, falling from EUR 373.25 to EUR 281.36 as a result of the recognition of the effects of the sale. With these last properties recorded as disposals all properties of the SEB Global Property Fund portfolio are sold.
