SEB Global Property Fund was finally dissolved at the end of 2023.

On 29 December 2023, the last unit value was published at EUR 15.47 per unit (last bank working day of the year). The increase in the unit value by EUR 2.45 results from the reversal of provisions that are no longer required. When calculating the final repayment amount, which corresponds to the last unit value, provisions were recognised for costs still to be incurred for the liquidation, for other subsequent activities such as the preparation, audit and publication of the liquidation report, advisory costs and for remaining liquidation risks.

After the independent auditor has issued the audit opinion for the SEB Global Property Fund's financial year 2023, the final payout will be made against the return of the unit certificates at the closing price. Investors do not need to take any action. The liquidation report will be published in the Federal Gazette and on www.savillsim-publikumsfonds.de/en on 31 March 2024.
