Fund management succeeded in selling two properties held via real estate companies in Asia of the remaining portfolio of SEB ImmoInvest. The building in Singapore (“Robinson Road 77”) and Japan (“Tama Centre”) were sold after a holding period of 9 years. The selling prices are below the last appraisal values, which has a slightly negative effect on the unit price as of today. SEB ImmoInvest’s unit value declined by 25 cents from EUR 23.39 to EUR 23.14 on 13 December 2016.
