SEB ImmoInvest’s unit price will increase by EUR 0.06 on the 6 June 2017 publication date from EUR 17.14 to EUR 17.20.

The change is largely due to the sale of the property Stiftstraße 30 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. For the property, a sales price could be achieved that significantly exceeds the current appraisal value. The sale of the single property could be contractually secured in March 2017. The transfer of risks and rewards of ownership occurred at the beginning of this month.
