Following the successful sale of the property at 41 Spring Street, New Providence (USA), the unit price for the SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund fell from EUR 45.66 to EUR 44.85 as of the 12 April 2017 publication date, a decline of EUR 0.81. This was due to the recognition of the effects of the sale.
