The Fund management has successfully completed the sale of two student residences from SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund’s remaining portfolio. The 90% equity interest in Kings Gainesville Apartments, LLC, USA has been sold after a holding period of nearly 11 years, as has the 95% equity interest in Lexington Gainesville Associates, LLC (also USA) that was purchased in 2006.
The sale negatively impacts the unit value. As a result, the unit value for SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund published on 5 July 2016 will decline by EUR 1.19, from EUR 57.30 to EUR 56.11.
