The last three properties belonging to SEB Global Property Fund have now been sold as part of the sale of a pan-European portfolio comprising a total of 42 properties. This means that purchase agreements have been signed for all of the fund’s properties. The sale of the portfolio is the result of a structured bidding process. The Kroonpark 6 (Kroonveste) building in the Netherlands was already recorded as a disposal by SEB Global Property Fund as of 30 April 2017. The unit price will drop by EUR 12.16 on the 3 May 2017 publication date, falling from EUR 386.41 to EUR 374.25 as a result of the recognition of the effects of the sale.
The sales of the properties in Warsaw and Gdansk will close at a later date due to the different legal provisions involved. Further details on the purchase agreements that have been signed will be published in the near future.
